Viedenské letisko sa teší množstvu nových pravidelných liniek a my sa tešíme z parádnych cien leteniek. V predaji sa totiž objavili lety do európskych metropol od 43 eur spiatočne a do vzdialenejších destinácií Afriky, Ázie a Ameriky od 359 eur. Je to skvelá správa, pretože letisko Schwechat je rýchlo a bez väčších problémov dostupné autom (máme článok aj o tom, ako parkovať vo Viedni na letisku), autobusom či taxíkom, ponúka komfortné biznis salóniky, nové reštaurácie a samozrejme aj omnoho viac destinácií, ako slovenské letiská. Prečo sa oplatí letieť z Viedne

Medzinárodné letisko Schwechat je situované 18 km juhovýchodne od centra Viedne. Najvýhodnejším spôsobom prepravy je autobus, ktorý premáva prostredníctvom viacerých prepravcov niekoľkokrát za deň a stojí pár eur. Cesta vlakom je o čosi komplikovanejšia, a to kvôli prestupom vo Viedni. Taxi z letiska do Bratislavy vás môže stáť aj 30 eur. Dostupné je WiFi pripojenie, vo všetkým salónikoch a vo väčšine čakární nájdete aj zásuvky na napájanie. V priestoroch letiska nakúpite všetko potrebné pre vás napríklad v Bille a pre vašich blízkych všetko, čo poteší v obchodoch ako Happy Socks, Calvin Klein, Moleskine, Swarovski či Victoria´s Secret. Okrem toho je tu množstvo reštaurácií, čajovní, kaviarní, ale i vinoték. Peniaze môžete rozmeniť priamo na letisku. Ak chcete výhodne zaparkovať na letisku Viedeň, máme pre vás výborný tip.

Viedenské letisko sa už niekoľko rokov po sebe umiestňuje v rebríčku najlepších letísk celého sveta na najvyšších priečkach. Aj v roku 2018 mu patrí skvelé sedemnáste miesto v prestížnom hodnotení SKYTRAX. Ide o celosvetovú anketu britskej agentúry Skytrax, ktorá analyzuje služby v leteckej doprave. Náš tip: Na jar 2017 začal známy britský šefkuchár Jamie Oliver realizovať svoj veľký plán v spolupráci s viedenským letiskom. Otvoril tam svoju reštauráciu a to priamo uprostred najfrekventovanejšieho terminálu 3. Podnik sa volá Jamie´s Deli a šéfkuchár v ňom ponúka tzv. „super food“ stravu, ktorú si môžu cestujúci vziať so sebou. Zákazníci si môžu vybrať z ponuky čerstvých smoothie nápojov, sendvičov, rôznych druhov pizze a množstva šalátov. V ranných hodinách tu kúpite aj klasické anglické raňajky. Jamieho reštaurácia otvára denne o 5 ráno a zatvára o 10. hodine večer.
